Applicants to the Miss Universe Bahamas competition must be Bahamian citizens or permanent residents, aged 18 years or older at the time of application, and available for all required training, events, and appearances. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. MUB reserves the right to verify all information provided and to disqualify applications containing false or misleading information.
By signing and submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Your typed signature on the application carries the same intent as a handwritten signature.
By submitting an application, you consent to Miss Universe Bahamas using your submitted photographs and, if selected as a contestant, your name, image, and likeness in materials promoting the competition.
When public voting opens, vote tickets are a form of support for a contestant and do not constitute a financial investment, wager, or guarantee of outcome. Vote purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. MUB reserves the right to invalidate votes obtained through fraud, automation, or abuse, and to determine final competition results in accordance with official judging criteria, of which the public vote may form one component.
All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Miss Universe Bahamas or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. "Miss Universe" is a trademark of its respective owner, used in connection with the national franchise.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access other users' data, submitting applications on behalf of another person without authority, interfering with the operation of the site, or attempting to manipulate voting.
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
